Food & Beverage
Kangning food grade CMC (compliant with GB1886.232-2016) is widely used in ice cream, yogurt, beverages, fruit juice, jam, condiments, biscuits, instant noodles, bread, pastries, baked goods and meat products. In ice cream, it increases viscosity, prevents fat separation, reduces ice crystal formation and enhances smooth texture. In yogurt, it improves thickness, prevents whey separation and provides excellent acid and heat stability. In bakery, it improves dough processability, makes bread structure uniform and extends freshness by preventing starch retrogradation. Available in FL/FM/FH/FVH series with DS 0.6-1.2 and viscosity 5-5000+ mPa.s, purity ≥99.5%.

Textile & Printing
Kangning textile grade CMC serves as an excellent print paste thickener for reactive printing, fully replacing or blending with sodium alginate. Key advantages: high color yield, high paste formation rate, excellent salt resistance, long storage stability, minimal gel particles (2 per sq inch in 1% solution), good flowability for uniform dyeing, and soft fabric hand feel. KN-H20 (white powder, DS 2.0, viscosity 600 mPa.s) is ideal for rotary screen, flat screen and high-speed paste mixing. KN-H22K (brown granule, DS 2.2, viscosity 620 mPa.s) offers similar performance in granular form.

Lithium Battery
Battery grade CMC is essential for lithium-ion battery negative electrode manufacturing. It improves slurry stability and flowability, disperses active materials and conductive agents, prevents sedimentation, and enhances electrode peel strength. Kangning pharmaceutical grade CMC (compliant with Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 Edition) is used as tablet binder, disintegrant, filler, film-coating polymer and drug carrier. DS range 0.59-1.0, viscosity 1000-12000 mPa.s. Also serves in medical dressings and hemostatic materials with excellent biocompatibility. Research shows CMC membrane dressings effectively prevent wound infection and promote rapid healing. As a safe and reliable anticancer drug carrier, CMC demonstrates strong potential in pharmaceutical applications.
